About

Delft Circuits is a Dutch company based in Delft that designs and manufactures superconducting flexible cabling for cryogenic environments. Its core product, Cri/oFlex, replaces conventional coaxial wiring inside cryostats, connecting room-temperature electronics to qubits and other cryogenic systems. The technology uses thin superconducting NbTi flex circuits with eight channels per flex, integrated filtering and a lower thermal load than coax, and a loader holds 256 channels. The company was founded in 2017 by Sal Bosman and Daan Kuitenbrouwer, and its origins trace back to work by Bosman during his PhD at TU Delft around 2015.

Delft Circuits designs, manufactures, tests and installs its systems in-house, using a cleanroom in Delft. In March 2025 it unveiled a turnkey high-density I/O system with 256 channels, and in September 2025 it published an I/O roadmap targeting 4,096 channels for quantum computers with thousands of qubits. Partnerships include a 2025 agreement with FormFactor to integrate Cri/oFlex into probe systems, a September 2025 partnership with Bluefors to integrate the technology into dilution refrigerators, and participation in the EU co-funded HAVIK project with QuantWare and Qblox. The company reports having delivered hundreds of Cri/oFlex cabling solutions to more than fifty customers, including quantum computing companies, national laboratories, universities and government agencies.

Delft Circuits raised a seed round in April 2021 from High-Tech Gründerfonds, Scholt Group and QuVest Capital, and a 6.3 million euro Series A in September 2023 led by DeepTechXL. In December 2025 it extended the Series A by 8 million euros, bringing total capital raised to 15 million euros, with new investors Paeonia Group and Waves Capital Partners. The company has also received European Innovation Council grants. In late 2025 and 2026 it made several leadership appointments, including Martin Danoesastro as CEO, Robby Ferdinandus as Chief Commercial Officer and Karen Keenan as Chief Operating Officer.
