Delian Alliance Industries (formerly Lambda Automata) is a European defence technology company founded in 2021 and headquartered in London, with offices in Athens and Kyiv. The company builds vertically integrated, AI-powered autonomous systems for modern warfare across land, air, and sea — encompassing both sensing and strike capabilities. Its flagship product, OSIRIS, is a plug-and-play GNSS-denied navigation module for UAVs that uses visual-inertial odometry and terrain-matching to operate in heavily jammed environments, validated with over 3,000 km of flight testing in Ukraine at altitudes from 70 m to 2,000 m.

Delian's full product suite spans two domains. On the sensing side, LAST towers provide 24/7 autonomous surveillance and threat detection; JERICHO delivers real-time targeting and field comms; and StrikeWeb serves as an autonomous mission control platform. On the strike side, the Interceptigon series introduces attritable, concealed one-way effectors — Interceptigon-A (fixed-wing UAV) and Interceptigon-N (stealth USV) — designed for coastal defence and A2/AD operations. The company also produces M4K15, an electronic warfare module for counter-UAV operations.

Delian's systems are ITAR-free, built entirely from British and European components, and designed to be low-cost and deployable at scale. The company has active NATO-country deployments underway and was selected into NATO DIANA's 2026 Challenge Programme for OSIRIS. It has established a subsidiary in Ukraine and is pursuing international expansion across NATO member states and allied nations in the Nordics, Baltics, and Southeast Asia.

Founded by former Apple Special Projects Group engineer Dimitrios Kottas, alongside co-founders Ioannis Souriadakis and Georgios Kontogiannis, Delian has raised approximately $22 million to date. Its Series A in July 2025, co-led by Air Street Capital and Marathon Venture Capital, will accelerate production scaling and international deployment of its autonomous defence systems.
