About

Deviro (LLC Production-Innovation Company DEVIRO) is Ukraine's largest UAV manufacturer, founded in 2014 in Dnipro by a group of aircraft-modelling enthusiasts. The company specialises in the full-cycle design, development, manufacturing, and servicing of military unmanned aerial systems. Its flagship product, the catapult-launched Leleka-100 fixed-wing reconnaissance UAV, is fielded by approximately 90% of Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades on the front line, with over 10,000 units produced since the start of the full-scale war. The Leleka line has grown to include the long-range Leleka LR and the five-hour endurance M2 variant.

In 2024 Deviro expanded into strike systems with the Bulava (export name: Mace), an X-wing loitering munition first publicly showcased at Eurosatory 2024 in Paris. The Bulava has since been upgraded to a 100+ km range and 75-minute endurance, with a 5 kg warhead option, and has seen widespread battlefield deployment against Russian armour and air-defence systems. The Bulava and Leleka operate as a paired recon-and-strike ecosystem via MESH relay networking. Deviro also operates a parallel manufacturing entity in Kolín, Czech Republic (U&C UAS / UAC), which produces drones exclusively for the Ukrainian Armed Forces and has signed supply contracts with the US Army in Europe.

Deviro has been a certified government contractor for the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence since 2016 and scaled from roughly 30 employees on the eve of the 2022 invasion to approximately 600 by late 2025, reporting UAH 7.6 billion (~$182M) in revenue for 2024. In July 2026, Deviro was named one of nine Ukrainian founding members of the EU–Ukraine Drone Alliance under the European Commission's Drone Deal, alongside European partners including Fincantieri, Indra, and Quantum Systems.
