Hive Robotics is a Munich-based deep-tech startup founded in 2025 by Sebastian Mores (CEO) and Dr. Burak Yüksel (CTO), both veterans of international aviation and autonomous systems programs. The company develops integrated, modular hardware and software solutions that fuse robot control, perception, localisation, and secure communications into a unified C3 (Command, Control & Connect) architecture for unmanned systems operating across air, ground, sea, and space domains.

Its core platform enables drones, ground robots, and maritime platforms to collaborate as intelligent swarms in GPS/GNSS-denied and electronically contested environments. Key technologies include mesh-capable resilient communications for C2 and video data, anti-jamming GPS/GNSS receivers using CRPA technology with direction-of-arrival detection, SATCOM products (DVB and CCSDS), and LTE-based low-latency connectivity. The platform also supports distributed swarming and teaming functions, enabling decentralised AI-powered coordination across heterogeneous unmanned fleets.

Hive Robotics targets both commercial and defense customers, with applications spanning disaster response, infrastructure monitoring, and multi-domain defense operations. The company has logged over 3,000 UAV flights across more than 10 unmanned air and ground vehicle types. Having raised a €2M pre-seed round in September 2025 and a subsequent ~$14.3M Seed round in mid-2026, the team has scaled to approximately 30 employees and is executing on serial production of its electronics hardware alongside platform development.
