Kuro Technology GmbH is a Berlin-based ConTech company building an AI foundation for general contractors. Its platform ingests all documents of a construction project, including plans, building specifications, expert reports and 3D models, and links them into a single data model. A contractor's own rulebook of building components, review criteria and work packages sits on top of that model, and applications built on it run from bid preparation to execution.

The product currently focuses on estimating. It finds contradictions between drawings and specifications, evaluates subcontractor bids (including converting PDF bids to GAEB), enriches components in 3D models, and processes public tenders. The company says customers save around 90 hours per bid and that 70% of users found information they would otherwise have missed. The company plans to extend the platform into procurement, accounting and compliance.

Kuro says six of its twelve customers rank among the 20 largest general contractors in the German-speaking market, including Goldbeck, Köster, Implenia, Geiger and Riedel. The company is hosted in the EU and states ISO 27001 certification and GDPR and EU AI Act alignment. In September 2026 it announced a €10M seed round led by UVC Partners.
