KYP.ai GmbH is a process and productivity intelligence company headquartered in Cologne, Germany. It was founded in 2018 by Adam Bujak, Mirosław Bartecki and Frank Scheuble. The company describes its platform as an agentic process intelligence platform that combines real-time data across an organisation's people, processes and technology to identify where AI agents can create value.

The platform is built on three pillars: a 360° view that captures data across people, processes and technology, a Business Transformation Engine that quantifies inefficiencies and calculates automation ROI, and an Agentic AI Enabler that generates ready-to-execute agent code with structured business context. Its offerings include task mining, digital interaction intelligence, the Productivity 360 suite and KYP.ai Concierge, a generative AI tool that uses large language models and real-time data. In September 2024 the Productivity 360 solution became available on the SAP Store, with integration to SAP Signavio.

Customers named in press coverage include DHL, Mindsprint BPS, Hollard, Qinecsa, Allied Global, Alorica and Medicover. The company has been recognised by Everest Group as a Leader in Digital Interaction Intelligence in 2024, 2025 and 2026, with Star Performer recognition in 2025 and 2026. In 2026 it was selected to lead the process intelligence layer in the Atos Scaler agentic AI ecosystem.

KYP.ai raised a €17.5 million Series A round in September 2023, led by OTB Ventures with participation from existing investors 42CAP and Tola Capital, to fund US expansion and growth in Europe, India, Singapore and China. Vahé Torossian joined the company as Executive Chairman in 2025.
