About

M-Fly is a Ukrainian defense technology company that develops laser guidance systems and gyro-stabilized camera gimbals for unmanned aerial, maritime and ground platforms. Its product line includes the RB-220 heavy-duty gimbal for large drones, aircraft, helicopters and naval platforms, the RB-150 dual-sensor gimbal with an optional laser target designator, the RB-150CW and Seeker laser guidance systems, and the RB-100 compact gimbal for small drones, planned for early 2027.

The company was founded in late 2023 by Vladyslav Myhovych, who serves as CEO, growing out of a military-focused volunteer project. It develops motors, lenses, cameras and software in-house and states that Chinese components make up less than 6% of its products. Its stabilization platform has been tested in combat in Ukraine at speeds of up to 350 km/h, and it moved its image processing to a GPU-based architecture to reduce dependence on specific memory and computing components.

Its customers include the Ukrainian military and buyers in NATO countries. The company graduated from the MITS Accelerator, received grants from the Brave1 defense technology cluster, and raised a $1.3 million seed round in March 2025. In September 2026 it closed a further round led by MITS Capital, with Freedom Fund, Gardar and another investor, with the funds used to scale production capacity and speed product adaptation.
