About

Occam Industries is a British-Ukrainian defence technology company developing hardware-agnostic autonomy software for unmanned aerial vehicles. Its core platform, Occam Ludus, enables OEMs and military operators to integrate autonomous capabilities — including detection, tracking, and targeting — into existing mass-produced drones without modifying airframes or supply chains. The software runs on low-cost onboard compute and operates without GPS, external communications, or continuous manual control, making it resilient to electronic warfare and signal jamming.

The company's first product built on Ludus is Occam Ambush, an autonomous target detection, tracking, and guidance system already deployed on serial FPV drones in Ukraine. Occam works with four major Ukrainian drone manufacturers and 12 Armed Forces of Ukraine units, with frontline combat feedback directly shaping product development. Additional applications in development include terminal guidance for interceptor drones, mine-laying, reconnaissance, and long-range strike target matching.

Headquartered in London with an R&D centre in Kyiv staffed by computer vision engineers, machine learning specialists, combat veterans, and rotating EU personnel, Occam is the first European supplier fully integrated into Ukrainian OEMs and certified by Ukraine's Brave1 defence innovation cluster. The company is now expanding into broader European and NATO defence markets, having contracted eight figures in revenue as of late 2026.
