Physics AI for industrial engineering workflows

About

PhysicsX is a London-based physics AI company that embeds AI directly into industrial engineering workflows, enabling simulation, design exploration, and optimization at orders-of-magnitude greater speed than traditional approaches. Founded in 2019 by former Formula One engineers Robin Tuluie and Jacomo Corbo (alongside co-founder Nico Haag), the company's AI-native software platform replaces conventional compute-intensive simulation bottlenecks with surrogate models and large physics models that run in seconds rather than days.

The PhysicsX platform unifies simulation, physics AI, data pipelines, and engineering applications into a single stack, integrating natively with existing CAD and CAE toolchains across the full product lifecycle—from early-stage concept and design through manufacturing and operations. The company's forward-deployed engineers embed directly inside customer programs, working alongside engineering teams on live programs in aerospace & defense, semiconductors, automotive, materials, and energy & renewables.

PhysicsX has scaled rapidly since its Series A in late 2023, growing from around 50 employees to more than 300 by mid-2026, while more than quadrupling revenue over two years. Key customers and partners include Rolls-Royce, Siemens, Applied Materials, and CoreWeave. In October 2026 the company opened its Asia-Pacific hub in Singapore, anchored by a $40 million five-year partnership with A*STAR.

The company has raised $487 million in total funding, most recently a $300 million Series C in June 2026 led by Temasek at a $2.4 billion valuation. Its investor base spans strategic industrials (Siemens, Applied Materials, NVIDIA), top-tier venture firms (Atomico, General Catalyst), and sovereign capital (Temasek, M&G Investments).
