About

Roboneers is a Ukrainian defence technology company developing multi-domain unmanned systems to defend and fight. Its portfolio includes the Lynx, Lynx PRO and Lynx+ unmanned ground vehicles, the SabLynx UGV with the Saber remote weapon station, the Shablya and Saber K-2 turrets, the WarDog and Bulldog UAVs, the KTYR guidance module, the Skipper control unit for surface drones and the Saber AI assistant. Roboneers traces its roots to volunteer robotics work from 2014 and was formed as a Global Dynamics division in 2017, with the Ironclad ground combat drone first tested on the frontline in 2023.

The company's systems are used by Ukrainian territorial defence, airborne, marine, mechanised and assault units for combat support, frontline logistics, casualty evacuation and reconnaissance. Ukraine's Ministry of Defence codified the Lynx PLUS in July 2026 and the SabLynx K2 combat module in 2026, and the company reports more than 15,000 frontline missions. Public sources say it has donated up to 200 robotic systems to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In June 2026 Roboneers and Germany's ARX Robotics formed ARX Industries, a joint venture to mass-produce the Rys Pro / Lynx PRO UGV in Germany and Ukraine, targeting thousands of units in its first year. A strategic partnership agreement followed in October 2026, covering technical cooperation and system integration. Roboneers also signed memoranda with Latvian partners SUBmerge Baltic and Baltic Forces for maritime and underwater drone cooperation.
