About
Sereact develops Physical AI software that gives robots the ability to grasp, identify, and handle objects they have never seen before — without per-item training or rigid programming. Its core product, the Cortex platform, is a Vision-Language-Action Model (VLAM) trained on more than 2 billion real-world robotic picks, making it the first production-verified AI brain deployable across any standard 6-axis or humanoid robot architecture.
The company's product suite includes autonomous pick-and-place, putwall sortation, returns handling, and edge vision (Sereact Lens), all orchestrated through a single production model requiring no retraining or fine-tuning. Deployed via a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) model, Sereact's systems achieve over 99% pick success rates, peak throughput above 650 units per hour, and replace 3–4.5 FTE per robot — delivering customer savings of up to €111,000 per month.
Founded in Stuttgart in 2021 by Dr. Ralf Gulde (CEO) and Marc Tuscher (CTO), Sereact serves major customers across e-commerce, 3PL, and manufacturing including Zalando, IKEA, DHL, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Daimler Truck, Rohlik, and Arvato across five continents. The company has 300+ live deployments and recently opened a North American HQ in Boston, MA. With $145M+ raised through its Series B, Sereact is scaling its Cortex 2.0 platform and expanding humanoid robot integrations.
