Skyports Infrastructure, founded in 2018 and headquartered in London, designs, builds, owns and operates heliports and vertiports for advanced air mobility (AAM). Its stated mission is to build the ground infrastructure that allows electric vertical aircraft to land and take off in dense urban environments. The company works with eVTOL manufacturers, aircraft operators and local stakeholders on site selection, permitting, construction and day-to-day operations, and has developed its own Vertiport Automation System (VAS) for managing operations.

The company's portfolio includes Skyports London Heliport, Bicester Skyport in the UK, Cergy-Pontoise in France, VeGa in Italy, Downtown Skyport in New York City, the Joby Living Lab in California, a Dubai Vertiport Network in the UAE, and sites in Ras Al Khaimah, Jeju Island in Korea and the Gold Coast in Australia. The Dubai vertiport VDX was certified by the UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority as the world's first purpose-built commercial vertiport for eVTOL operations. Skyports has also signed agreements with Japanese, Kuwaiti and Korean partners to plan AAM networks.

A separate Skyports Drone Services unit operates drone delivery and inspection services, including BVLOS cargo flights for the Royal Mail in Orkney, medical deliveries for the NHS, offshore energy asset deliveries, water quality monitoring and infrastructure surveying. The company has also expanded into Saudi Arabia and Asia Pacific and acquired Redbird Aero in 2025.

Skyports raised a Series C of more than $110 million in April 2024, led by ACS Group through its subsidiary Iridium, with Groupe ADP also investing. Earlier rounds were backed by Deutsche Bahn Digital Ventures, Groupe ADP, Levitate Capital, Irelandia Aviation, Kanematsu Corporation, Goodman Group and ST Engineering Ventures.
