About

Teletactica is a Ukrainian-Estonian deep-tech company that develops communication systems for unmanned and autonomous platforms. Its products include video and telemetry modems, antennas and antenna kits, and compact, low-power hardware designed for UAVs, UGVs and other small unmanned systems. The company builds its hardware in-house, covering research, manufacturing and field integration, and targets GPS-denied, low-infrastructure and heavily jammed environments.

Teletactica was founded in 2023 by Yevhen Zhebko and Anton Hetman. Its hardware is reported in use in Ukraine and is being adapted to NATO standards. The company claims five times better price-to-performance than comparable radios made in the EU and US, and maintains packet loss of roughly 1-5% under heavy jamming. Its Estonian office in Tallinn is the legal base for its expansion into European markets, and it has a Latvian subsidiary, Halion Systems, focused on RF components, modems and antenna systems.

Teletactica graduated from the MITS Acceleration Program and raised a $410,000 pre-seed round before a $1.5M seed round in July 2025 led by MITS Capital with Green Flag Ventures. In March 2026 it received a development grant from the Estonian Ministry of Defence for a tactical MANET system for unmanned platforms in EW environments. In April 2026 it reported a 170 km long-range video transmission test. The company was named to the Forbes Ukraine Next 250 list in July 2026 and announced a partnership with Farsight Vision in July 2026 to develop rapid photo transmission from ISR drones.
