About
TENCORE LLC is a Ukrainian defence technology company founded in February 2024 by Maksym Vasylchenko, Roman Tkachenko, Mykhailo Khomiakov and Volodymyr Bystrushkin. It designs and manufactures unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs, called ground robotic complexes in Ukraine) for logistics, casualty evacuation, engineering, demining, reconnaissance and fire support. Its flagship platform, the modular TerMIT (later TerMIT 2.0), is NATO-codified and has been deployed by Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades since 2024, with the company reporting more than 3,000 platforms in the field and over 50 brigades using its systems. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 and AQAP 2110:2016 certifications.
TENCORE has expanded its product line with the AI KIT autonomy module, which enables course holding and automatic return on loss of signal, and with a Tencore Ecosystem concept launched in October 2026 that integrates UGVs and components from several manufacturers. A flamethrower combat module based on the RPV-16 is under development for TerMIT 2.0, and a combat module was codified in Ukraine together with the Khyzhak remotely controlled turret in 2026.
In July 2025 the company received a $3.74M investment from the US-Ukrainian investment group MITS Capital, structured through Ukraine's Diia.City regime, which was used to scale R&D and manufacturing. The company has pursued international manufacturing partnerships under the Build with Ukraine initiative, including a German-Ukrainian joint venture with Quantum Systems called Quantum Tencore Industries, which was selected in June 2026 to deliver 2,000 TerMIT UGVs to the Ukrainian Armed Forces over 12 months. Other agreements include a joint venture with Finland's Insta, a memorandum with Shark Robotics of France, a memorandum with Copenhagen Global of Denmark, and a memorandum with Dominion Dynamics of Canada for production in Canada from 2027.
