About
Tenet Industries is a Stockholm-based defense hardware company founded in 2026 by Emil Falk, Fabian Andersson and Hugo Frisk. The company spun out in January 2026 from a KTH student development initiative and designs low-cost, mass-producible defense systems, starting with strike drones. Its first product, Midsummer, is a low-cost kamikaze quadcopter. The company plans to extend its manufacturing-first design approach to loitering munitions and missiles. Its design philosophy centers on minimal part count, no soldering and assembly in about two minutes, with the goal of selling drones for under $500.
The company has also announced TenetLRS, an encrypted communication protocol intended to make drones resilient to electronic warfare. Its stated go-to-market approach moves from private counter-UAS companies to defense primes and subcontractors, and eventually to European militaries. Reported orders grew from 5 to 350 units within one month.
Tenet operates an electronics contract manufacturing service in Munich, Germany, offering instant online quoting and an AI-automated SMT line for prototype to low-to-medium volume printed circuit board assembly. The company was accepted into Y Combinator's Spring 2026 batch.
