About
Twentyfour Industries designs, manufactures, and deploys cost-efficient unmanned aerial systems for European militaries and allied partners. Founded in late 2024 and headquartered in Munich, the company went from product design to field deployment in under a year, shipping hundreds of units of its flagship Q-X — a 10-inch quadcopter capable of carrying up to 2.5 kg, reaching speeds of 140 km/h over a 12 km radius, with 98% availability.
The company's core thesis is that Europe critically lacks sovereign drone production capacity, trained operators, and credible government-ready suppliers. Twentyfour addresses all three simultaneously: delivering the hardware, providing operator training through its Academy programme, and offering full lifecycle management. Its DroneFit Container system enables rapid field deployment. Products are non-kinetic and focused on reconnaissance, ISR, and training missions.
The startup legally incorporated in Luxembourg and operates day-to-day out of Munich. Its four co-founders bring backgrounds spanning aerospace engineering (ETH Zurich, Wingtra), materials science (9T Labs), management consulting (PwC, MHP), and the Swiss Aerospace Cluster. By the time of its public launch in January 2026, it had already generated revenue across multiple European countries with military and civilian customers using its drones daily in the field.
In 2026, Twentyfour Industries is scaling modular, mobile manufacturing in Germany toward thousands of units per month, while laying groundwork for additional European production capacity and an expanded product portfolio.
