About
UFORCE is a London-headquartered, Ukrainian-founded defense technology company that consolidates nine specialist Ukrainian drone and autonomous-systems firms into a single multi-domain platform spanning air, land, sea, and command-and-control. Its product suite includes the Magura family of autonomous unmanned surface vessels (USVs) that helped deny the Black Sea to the Russian Navy, the Nemesis heavy-strike UAV, the Liut UGV ground combat robot, the Predator remote weapon station (RWS), and the USS integrated C2 software — all iterated under live combat conditions across more than 200,000 missions in Ukraine.
Founded by Oleg Rogynskyy (former CEO of People.ai, a $1.1B Silicon Valley enterprise AI company) and Oleksiy Honcharuk (former Prime Minister of Ukraine), UFORCE embodies a systems-over-weapons philosophy: rapid iteration, sovereign supply chains, and NATO-compatible open architecture. The company employs over 1,000 engineers, operators, and mission specialists across 15+ locations in six allied countries, and has validated its platforms in the Siil/Hedgehog 2025 and REPMUS 2025/2026 NATO exercises — including operating as a red team against allied forces.
UFORCE's go-to-market targets allied governments seeking to rapidly field affordable autonomous deterrence. With an average cost per effect under $5,000 per UAV mission and the ability to deny entire maritime theatres for less than the cost of a single frigate, the company pitches a 2.5× efficiency advantage at 10× lower cost per mission versus legacy platforms. The company reported 450–500% bookings growth in 2025 and in September 2026 was reported to be in talks for a ~$500M Series A round at a ~$5B valuation led by Valor Equity Partners.
