Veridion is a business data company headquartered in Bucharest, Romania, founded in 2019 by Florin Tufan, Mihai Vinaga and Sorina Vlasceanu. It was previously known as Soleadify. Veridion builds a continuously refreshed graph of companies worldwide, currently covering about 642 million companies across 249 countries. Each company is resolved into a connected structure of legal registrations, operating locations and corporate hierarchy, with up to 461 attributes per company. The graph is built by crawling web pages, ingesting registry and public data, and using language models to extract and resolve company records, with each data point traceable to its sources.

Veridion's products are delivered through a platform and APIs, and include company data enrichment and supplier discovery tools such as Veridion Scout PRO, which is available on the Coupa App Marketplace. Its customers include banks, financial institutions, insurers, market intelligence providers, procurement and supply chain teams, and ESG and third-party risk users. Use cases include underwriting, supplier qualification, vendor risk monitoring and market sizing. Partners include Experian, which in October 2024 launched a UK commercial insurance data solution, Hazard Tags, powered by Veridion, and Insillion, Cytora, SortSpoke, Market Dojo and Dewey Data. In 2026 Morningstar Sustainalytics announced a physical climate risk collaboration with XDI and Veridion.

Veridion reports more than 100 customers and over 60 employees. More than 70% of its revenue comes from the United States. In September 2026 it raised a $20 million Series A led by Hoxton Ventures, bringing its total disclosed funding to about $27.5 million, and said it would use the capital for product development, team growth and expansion in the U.S.
